We focus on multifamily and industrial properties in targeted secondary and select major U.S. Cities. We are a proven sponsor whom is committed to deliver best-in-class investment services to our clients. Our senior team has many years of experience investing across multiple real estate cycles and our operating platform ensures local expertise and timely execution.
